How long does this workflow component take to run? (estimate)

Use totalTime? Allowed on HowTo and HowToDirection but not on HowToStep. Can also get actual duration from endTime - startTime on the action.

This should probably be "How long did this workflow component take to run?"

Closing as already done, see #14 (comment) (same observations, but in this case the endTime and startTime are those of the CreateAction corresponding to the component run).
