Create productivity tool to ease adding translation strings

Providing translation strings for all languages supported by RVD can be a tedious and time-wasting task. Maybe create a tool that will use the en-US.json as the basis and provide initial translation strings for the rest of the languages using google's translation service. Of course only translation strings that are missing will be added.

The tool will run at development time to prepare the translation files.
