Animals jump over Fences

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Adding Chicken with Spawn egg

Description

All Animals could Jump over the fence!! i nee to add 3 blocks

The Animals jump on others, then they can also jump over fences

Replace this text with console / error logs or crash dumps. (Do not remove the triple backticks above and below this.)

Tried just now on my side, no problem at all.
(Chicken / Cow / sheep)

I can confirm this happens quite often.
edit: well.. actually, maybe its not anymore. Ill keep an eye out.

If i'm not able to reproduce and you don't give me any information on how to do that ...
Be sur i've try on my side, wihout success until now
