Troubleshooting

Before creating an issue, try these troubleshooting steps:

OBS issues

  1. Make sure you have Browser Hardware Acceleration enabled in the OBS settings

Connection issues

  1. Make sure the overlay and watch app are both on the latest version. Please read the release notes for new versions.
  2. Try these troubleshooting steps from Apple

Connection issues (desktop app only)

  1. Make sure the watch/phone and overlay are on the same network
  2. If you have third party "internet security" software, try uninstalling it
  3. Open the inbound port (default is 3476) in the Windows Firewall

App issues

  1. If you run into issues installing the app on the watch, try installing from the App Store on the watch itself.
  2. If the app does not seem to be collecting heart rate or calorie data, make sure the app has the correct Health permissions.
    • Open the Settings app on the watch, go to Health > Apps > Health Data Server, and make sure everything is turned on
