  • Upgrade to boostrap 4.1.2 or newer
  • Upgrade to moment 2.19.3 or newer

According to this comment twbs/bootstrap#26627 (comment), bootstrap 3.3.7 should be ok. I think we should try it first as upgrading to 4 might be a huge work.
