Not existing path to CSS and JS files

If I trying to implement cakeStrap on latest CakePHP installation i get always 404 error on included CSS and JS files.

Wrong path looks like this:

I don't know, why path to the Css file starts with "/theme", i don't have any folder with that name.

Themes should be placed in the View/Themed folder in your app. This folder is not present in a fresh install, which is why this repo will add it when you drag/drop the "app" folder into your root directory.
