NER

A simple IDCNN-CRF and BILSTM-CRF for Location of China

(but later the simple change  hospital of Network Sample NER)

USE：

train:

开启注释： 可使用模型选择：IDCNN or BILSTM

if __name__ == '__main__':

执行文件：
