Support for interactive editing of the records with something like -E/--edit

Dump the record as JSON or YAML (YAML preferred, but JSON used if YAML unavailable) to a temporary file, open the temp file in the editor, and when the editor is done, re-read the saved file, and use that. Like how git commit messages work.
