Dear Xiao,

Thank you for making SwiftOrtho available on GitHub!

I tried to run the example and it passed test 1, but during test 2 there was an error; see log file. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Best wishes,
Stijn

It seems the version of python does not meet the requirement. Which version are your using? SwiftOrtho only supports python 3.

Dear Xiao,

Thank you for your reply.

I switched to python 3 and installed the modules networkx and cffi. Now both tests pass! Maybe these things can be added to the installation instructions? Also, the requirements still state "Python 2.7 or 3.7".

Thanks for your help,
Stijn
