- Fixes #228 - Makes @miketheman happy - Include cucumber features - Addresses concerns of "authority" over `SiteLocation` - Moves logic into `berksfile.rb` **Note:** This is the second PR for this. #235 was the first attempt, but something strange happened with the git history.
