Allow more granular timeline data for old League of Legends games from match-v5
Reasoning
Currently participant position data pulled from 'match-v5' is only available every 60 seconds. While this makes sense from a competitive standpoint for live or recent games, it would be great if full frame positional data (or at least 1 FPS) could become available for games ~n days after the game is over. This would allow for deep analysis of performance, powerful apps and visualizations, and overall serve as an excellent feature for the community.
