Should be able to specify the data_bag secret key

Hi,

Right now we cannot select the data_bag_secret key location and it tries to load the default one. We have multiple keys and we need to be able to specify which one to use.

This is currently not a feature that we are using. I do agree that this would be a useful feature and will tag it for a 1.11.0 release and come back.

In the meantime, this is a feature we would happily accept as a pull request.

I was looking at trying to implement this, and the best way I could see was to go back to passing the node into data_bag_config_for in place of the environment (so I could pull a data bag secret path off the node attributes), but I saw that in #97 and #98, passing the node around was explicitly removed. Any suggestions on alternate implementations or is going back to passing the node OK?
