I'd love this - I am running into now replacing with Today's date when I exit a block. I want that to happen for friday, so i don't want to turn the feature off.

That's sort of inaccurate - now is more precise than a date - I'd expect and be happy with that result for today for example. it's also way too common in my graph when not referencing a specific date or time.

recent changes to require surrounding NLP dates with semicolons resolves this issue for me.
