Attribute Select: Update "Page Attribute"

Description

Add a keyboard shortcut to "Update Page Attribute"
Technically it would update "any attribute on page" but would priorities higher level descendants of the page node.

Specification

• user opens command palette, enters command
• user is presented a dialog that lists all attributes on page that are defined in Attribute Select config
• user selects attribute
• dialog is updated to
  • show dropdown of potential attributes
  • show a preview of node that will be changed (.ui.components.renderBlock with zoom-path)
  • confirm button

• add link to config page in dialog
