Some content overwrites the dropdowns #35

We've seen issues in IE7 and 8 where content overwrites the dropdowns, especially when content containing the dropdowns is dynamically generated.

We've tried adjusting z-index when the content is created, but that's resulting in some wild results in IE7 and 8.
