Not work with jQuery 1.9 #94

jQuery 1.9 removed $.browser so Dropkick will not work with jQuery 1.9.
And removed live method too.

.live can be changed to .on, but what can you do about $.browser?

Here is a solution for detecting IE which can be used instead of $.browser.
