Error in README

The README.md should be updated since ng set commands do not work anymore:

ng set defaults.schematics.collection @ionic-angular/schematics --global
get/set have been deprecated in favor of the config command.

The project was built using:

npm install -g @angular-devkit/core@0.4.5
npm install -g @angular-devkit/schematics@0.4.5
npm install -g @schematics/schematics@0.4.5
npm install -g rxjs@5.5.6@1.7.3

Install the Angular CLI globally using npm:

npm install -g @angular/cli@1.7.3

I've updated the project's README.md.
