Select all function when creating Rights Statements

When creating a rights statements for something like copyright, you may have a large number of record types that need to be included. As it is right now, you have to manually select each record type that needs to be included. However, having a select all function could be beneficial if you need to include all of a large number of record types. This cuts down on the possibility of a particular record type being skipped.
