Error installing Herper package at MacBook Pro

Hello guys, thank you for the amazing ChIP-seq tutorial.

I can not install the Herper package on my computer. I am using MacBookPro and I have R version (4.1.3) that is required and Bioconductor version 3.14.

Warning message:
In .inet_warning(msg) :
package 'Herper' is not available for Bioconductor version '3.14'
