but it's not an Issue on Rocket.Chat server

This scrollbar is inside the chat. Its not on Electron.

Mmm, I was wrong about the cause of the problem, it's not related to the desktop application.

I just tried with Google Chrome and got the same issue.

Whereas with Firefox, the scrollbar is visible.
