UX: No menu, when clicking on status-circle above (z-index) the avatar in upper left #10345

Description:

This issue regards the menu that appears when clicking your avatar in the upper left corner of the UI. The area that is clickable is reduced by the circle that shows your online status. Currently, you cannot click on the area of the online status. See the descriptive image below.

Server Setup Information:

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.63.0
  • Operating System: Oracle Linux 7
  • Deployment Method(snap/docker/tar/etc): tar
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: -
  • Node Version: 8.9.4
  • mongoDB Version: 2.6.12

Steps to Reproduce:

Expected behavior:

The lower right area should also be clickable and should show the context-menu.

Actual behavior:

If you click in this area, nothing happens.

According to @karlprieb in #10413 this has been fixed in https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/pull/10428/files#diff-92fd73d8cfe56ee2a12def0e2d8e3ffbR35. I can confirm that this issue does not exist anymore in 0.64.0-rc.2.
