Highlighting words breaks URLs/links

Description:

When the highlighting feature (Account → Preferences → Highlights) is triggered within a URL - the markup will break the link and it won't be clickable anymore (or at least broken since it's cut off).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Account → Preferences → Highlights and add some triggers
2. Post URL containing the keyword
3. Try to open the URL

Expected behavior:

URL should be opened as expected

Actual behavior:

URL is cut-off
