Describe the solution you'd like
A method to add custom input fields for channel creation page. Should allow multiple input types like text, select, multiselect and also required and disabled attributes.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternate solution is to start managing own fork just to add 2 input fields to channel creation.

Additional context
In our context this functionality is needed to connect certain project ID-s and areas of responsibility to particular channels.

How is this completed?

This feature does not yet exist and is still a desired...
Request isn't related to the Omnichannel/Livechat custom fields, this is a requirement for custom fields from regular channels.
