Can't create a private channel with non-latin chars

Button "Create" of private channel is active (not disabled) if i write something like
День Рождения
but clicking on it does nothing: no error message or actual doing.
Only when i rename group to purely latin chars it works.

Either please support unicode names or add proper validation.
