CAS login error when changing user name #12656

Description:

When using CAS for authentication, changing the user name in RocketChat prevents the user from logging in.

Steps to reproduce:

Change the user name on the CAS server and in RocketChat
User tries log in via CAS

Expected behaviour:

User gets Authenticated with the new user name

Actual behaviour:

User login fails

Server Setup Information:

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.70.4
Operating System: Linux
Deployment Method: repo
Number of Running Instances: 1
DB Replicaset Oplog:
NodeJS Version: v8.11.3
MongoDB Version:
