Channel Leader Bar is in the way of Thread Header

Description:

When a channel leader is setup, the leader's info shows up on the top of the channel. When a thread is opened, the header gets in the way of the close button on the thread.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set a channel moderator/leader
2. Start a thread
3. Open the thread

Expected behavior:

The header of the thread is viewable and clickable.

Actual behavior:

The header of the thread is not viewable or clickable.
