Problem in integration SMS. Several rooms open to the same contact (phone number). #23476

Description:

When receiving simultaneous messages from the same contact, several rooms are opened with individual messages in a short period of time.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Active option in the omnichannel -> Routing -> Assign new conversation to a bot agent (true).
  2. Configure bot to return conversation to queue.
  3. Send multiple message to services SMS.
  4. Check the queue for multiple open rooms for same guest.

Expected behavior:

We expect the queue to have only one room with multiple messages.

Actual behavior:

It currently has several rooms with a message each.
