Infinite server connection, iPhone SE

The latest version of the app. SE first generation. When specifying a corporate server, an endless loading occurs. Safari opens a chat at the address and logs in. The problem is in the mobile app. You cannot reset the cache in the smartphone settings.

Actually I have a lot of users request about such behaviour but only on iPhones.
I advice to reinstall the app and it always helped for my users.

So I am the exact opposite: Well I don't know actually, I haven't tried the apps.

But trying to login into Blender.chat gives me an infinite loading screen
