Default Timezone setting missing?

I can't seem to find out where to set the default timezone?

Looks like our business hours are turning off livechat early, which I'm guessing is because the timezone is PST instead of EST - not sure where to change that...

rocket.chat uses server's timezone.

but I got what you meant, you would like to set a rocket.chat's timezone so it can run its tasks on a expected timezone.

just installed rocketchat, am astonished to find timezone cannot be set in the profile. it's not even taking the time info from the server

I have a problem and I can't solve it. The time zone of rocket.chat installed on windows is wrong and when accessed by the browser appears correctly. Can you help me ?
Where the application looks in windows the time, because it is not catching correctly

Adding the environment variable TZ and passing the desired timezone solved it for me, using Docker-compose and Rocket.Chat 3.6.0.
Example:

I'm using 4.8.2 and there is now a setting in General/Timezone for this. However this doesn't have any effect on business hours
