Ability to add emotions to all system messages

Your Rocket.Chat version: 0.42.0

Would be fun to be able to add emotion reactions to join events.
It's a quick and simple way to welcome somebody who enters a channel, as some form of feedback to his appearing (like say 'hello' to somebody you're already know).

It works in Slack.

Nothing critical, just some friendly feature.

Hey @landergate sorry for this very late reply.
Reading the history of this issue we can presume that @engelgabriel liked the idea, but I don't know if it make sense as we didn't implemented when we created system messages.

But you can do that by the bot event. RocketChat hubot adapter can do that

Going to put feature: request back on so we can re-evaluate. Not many have commented and no thumbsup. So not sure if we plan to do this or not.
