Periodically wake the computer (using rtc wake timer) when waiting for the "night phase" #3

doing this allows the program to correct its sleep timer since in case power goes out and laptop goes to sleep then:

it can automatically wake up from the rtc wake timer and maintain uptime
the program's timing won't be off when to start the night phase
