Can't panning on chart with lines after panning on Scatter #5

Bug / Issue

Steps to reproduce

go to the jsfiddle
zoom in in the scatter and pan with shift and mouse.
go to the chart with lines. and zoom in and pan with shift an mouse.

Misbehavior

now the lines are not panable. i can zoom but not pan.

Expected behavior

i want to pan in both charts.
Is there anything that i have to do that it would work?
