Galvanize the queries in award-medals.php to unilaterally assign all currently public achievements based on the current database state (from zero).

Requirements:

  • all public medals on the list of medals are generated from a single, uninterrupted execution of award-medals.php
  • medal assignments are consistent across multiple executions of the script after awards have been reset
  • timestamps of awards are consistent across multiple executions of the script after awards have been reset
