Differents behaviour with errors between Android & iOS

Hi there.

• RN: 0.67.4
• blob-util: 0.16.3
• Android SDK 31
• iOS 16.0 iPhone 14

In Android, when error occours in backend. The promise throw an error, but in iOS return the response with the status, json.. etc. I think that the iOS behaviour should be for all platforms because maybe it would be a controlled error and we want to process the status code or json response.
