Add 'Reference' Category To Canonical (FAQ) #20

Right now the "General" category is collecting a hodgepodge of topics. I can see a lot of them happen to be reference posts. I propose we make a reference category and move them to it for easier lookup.

However, to me personally a "reference" post should be something akin to a glossary/TOC where there are lists or tables to lookup information from quickly, opposed to a lengthy essay type post. There are a few posts titled as "reference" which do not fit this, and some which do that do not have the title. Maybe your view of a reference post is different than mine. If so, thoughts on how to proceed?

Also, feel free to point out which posts should be part in this new category. Keep in mind they may currently already be in other categories.
