Flexible peptide error

I was trying to use the flexible peptide option, but I get this error:

Could not override 'contigmap.inpaint_str'.
To append to your config use +contigmap.inpaint_str=[B10-35]
Key 'inpaint_str' is not in struct
    full_key: contigmap.inpaint_str
    object_type=dict

Set the environment variable HYDRA_FULL_ERROR=1 for a complete stack trace.

Any clue about it?
