As a Site user I can view a well paginated website so that navigate easily to different features offered

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria 1:
Given that new/returning user visits
When they are on any web-page
Then they can see navigation items on screen clearly labelled with their function

Acceptance Criteria 2:
Given that new/returning user visits
When they visit a given web-page
Then they can see on which page are they on

Acceptance Criteria 3:
Given that new/returning user visits
When they can see a hero image featured on the homepage
Then they can get an idea of what the website is all about

Acceptance Criteria 4:
Given that new/returning user visits
When they scroll down
Then they can see excerpts of different posts with which they can understand the type of content the website provides and are given an option to select any post to visit

The homepage presents a carousal of images with captions highlighting what the website entails. The site is well paginated with excerpts from 6 posts on display. Nav bars are set up and change according to user authentication.
