As a site user I can see if I am signed in so that I can see a Sign Out option

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria 1:
Given that a user is on any page
When they are logged in
Then they can see a Sign out" link in the Navbar

Acceptance Criteria 2:
Given that a user is on any page
When they click on Sign Out option in Navbar
Then they are redirected to a Landing Page
