USER STORY US27: Comments Visibility

As a site user I can read other users' comments on all posts so that I can engage better with other users

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria 1:
Given that a signed in user visits the app
When they are at Post details page
Then they can see and read all the Comments of different users on that post

Acceptance Criteria 2:
Given that a signed in user visits the app
When they are at Recommendation details page
Then they can see and read all the Comments of different users on that Recommendation

Acceptance Criteria 3:
Given that signed in user visits the app
When they are at Post/Recommendation details page
Then they can see the authors name and date of creation on each comment displayed
