USER STORY US28: Comments Creation Option

As a site user I can create Comments so that I can share my opinions over a post/recommendation with others

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance Criteria 1:
Given that a signed-in user visits the app
When they are on post details page
Then they have the choice to create a new Comments

Acceptance Criteria 2:
Given that a signed-in user visits the app
When they are on Recommendation details page
Then they have the choice to create a new Comments

Acceptance Criteria 3:
Given that a signed-in user visits the app
When they are on Post/Recommendation details page and they make a comment
Then they see the comment getting saved below the same Post/Recommedation with their name and date of creation
