Patterns pages - "last updated" date auto update

What is the expected behavior?
Last updated date shows on individual pattern page. Would like it to automatically update to whatever date/time it was updated.

What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?
Easy to forget to update this field, good to have it current all the time

How should this be implemented in your opinion?
