与其他途径加入Aria2的下载进程共存问题 #42

我今天用PUBD扒图，也用的是开机自启的Aria2，总共添加了10几万张图等待下载，然后我发现，本扩展会把其他途径加入Aria2的下载进程返回也读取出来，于是就不断的响起下载完成的提示音。

于是我去本扩展的设置里关掉了提示音，并且保存了设置，但是不断下载完成的提示音还是没能解除，最后我只好禁用扩展。

问题1：是否可以记录通过本扩展发送的GID，除此以外的不予提示。
问题2：是否存在关闭声音提示后，已获取下载进程声音仍然存在的BUG？
