这样既可以版本管理.
也可以清晰的指导自己引用的avalon是哪个版本.

不知道什么是nuget

就是visual studio(一个IDE) 里面 .net的包管理器

https://www.nuget.org/

安装相应的包之后会自动导入相应的资源(DLL引用,css,js....)
