With Laravel 5.3 I get this error message:

ErrorException in ActiveRouteServiceProvider.php line 43: Call to undefined function
 Rukhsar\ActiveRoute\optional() (View: /home/vagrant/code/resources/views/partials/nav.blade.php)

It looks like it requires a more recent version? Is there any older version I can use?
