command line parameters would be helpful

I am running v0.2 Beta on a Windows 10 PC. It would be helpful if "et3400.exe sample1.s19" started the application with Motorola S-Record file sample1.s19 already loaded. Then I could configure the OS so that double-clicking on any .s19 file started et3400.exe with the file already loaded. "et3400.exe -a 0000 -s 25 -d -l sample1.lbl sample1.s19" would load it and run the .s19 file starting at address $0000, at a speed of 25% default, with the Debugger window displayed, showing labels from file sample1.lbl.
