Shortcode parameter consistency for Twitch name or ID

Shortcodes should allow user ID or username to be allowed - using both would make no difference.

Change all shortcodes to allow this and consider caching names with ID's to avoid a call to Twitch for either. The cache expiry should be some hours unless the user is admin then make it days.
