We present a Matlab-based routine, ReshuffleCorr that performs the cross-correlation and statistical reshuffling tests to discern the statistical significance of associations between datasets. This code could be readily adapted or modified for a broad range of geophysical applications.

ReshuffleCorr

We present a Matlab-based routine, ReshuffleCorr that performs the cross-correlation and statistical reshuffling tests to discern the statistical significance of associations between datasets. This code could be readily adapted or modified for a broad range of geophysical applications.

For sample use see "Fig2.m" to recreate the second figure within the corresponding manuscript (Schultz & Telesca, 2018).
