SCANsat sensor was disabled on (name)

Is there a known issue with RO or RealAntennas (or similar) that might cause this message, effectively disabling background scanning and requiring babysitting a single active probe in the flight view with sensors deployed?

Background scanning has worked fine for me in stock, but this is happening in my new RO build.
