Transparent overlay for circles on the open map

I wish to have a transparent overlay on circles on the open map like in flopps map. Maybe as an additional option.

I had a view, whether this might be a quick change, but it doesn't seem so. So, it needs to wait for at least the next version.

Idea: Add a coordinate setting for filled circles:

• Default false
• If true, fill Circles with semi-transparent circle color

Did some research, but did not find any solution on how to fill a polygon.

Maybe this can be a related bug in the engine. We should have a look at this:
