Add disclaimer on available functionality being dependent on source

Issue description

For Data Flows and Replication Flows we should add a disclaimer stating that available features depend on the used version & patch level of SAP S/4HANA / DMIS in the source.
We state some minimum versions and refering to note 2890171 is already very good - but nevertheless, customers may find that a certain function is not available to them which is just due to using an older DMIS SP or missing e.g. latest note / TCI implementation.
